SMARTIE Goal #1 (MATH)

In partnership with families, by February, 75% of students will have made 1 year's growth in Math, as measured by iReady diagnostic growth, GVC median gradebook scores, and benchmark assessments.

In partnership with families, by June, 70% of students will have made stretch growth in Math, as measured by iReady diagnostic growth, GVC median gradebook scores, and benchmarks. Additionally, students in grades 3-5 will increase by 19% passing for Smarter Balance math and reading assessments.

 

SMARTIE Goal #2 (ELA)

In partnership with families, by February, 75% of students will have made 1 year's growth in Reading, as measured by iReady diagnostic growth, GVC median gradebook scores, and benchmark assessments.

In partnership with families, by June, 70% of students will have made stretch growth in Reading, as measured by iReady diagnostic growth, GVC median gradebook scores, and benchmarks. Additionally, students in grades 3-5 will increase by 19% passing for Smarter Balance math and reading assessments.

SMARTIE Goal #3 (Whole Child)

 [PBIS/SEL] In partnership with families, all grade levels will decrease the total incidents of physical aggression or fighting by 50% from Quarter 1 to Quarter 4.

Use classroom based & district progress monitoring through formative, interim, and summative assessments to inform and adjust in real time to support scholar self-assessment, goal-setting, and monitoring progress towards goals to report scholars and to families each scholar's progress towards meeting standards.

Implement co-learning/inclusion models that provide full and meaningful access to high quality, inclusive, and culturally responsive core instruction within the general education classroom and establish systems, structures, and professional development to support it.

Provide staff with culturally competent and anti-racist professional development to ensure high expectations of each and every scholar. To create a culture of anti-racism, inclusivity, equity, and accountability.
